ACFID National Conference 2023
Times are shown in your local time zone GMT
The ACFID Conference uses an event's platform. Attendees will use their email address to create an account. Their registration details are linked to their account on the platform, and therefore the email address used to create the account. That's why, ideally, each attendee would register themselves after creating their own account and logging in using their own email address. However, if you need to register on someone else's behalf, you can follow the instructions below.

Registering on someone else's behalf:
  1. Log out of your own account (if applicable)
  2. Click on 'Log In' on the top right corner
  3. Instead of logging in, go to 'Create Your Account' on the right side of the page
  4. Fill in the Account details with those of the person for whom you are registering
    • Use their name and email address
    • Create a password for them (they can change this later)
    • You will have to manually inform them of their password (or they can simply  click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page to reset it)
    • They will receive an email confirming they have an account, but you will not be able to see this unless you have access to their emails
    • NB: After setting up their basic account, you will be asked to fill in the Profile information. You can choose to do this on their behalf, or leave it for them to do at a later stage. It is useful for networking on the day.
  5. Once you have created their account, you will be logged in automatically. From there you can click on the 'Register Now' button (see the Top Menu or scroll down for the button on the Home Page)
  6. Fill in the registration details and payment as per usual.
  7. They will receive confirmation of their registration along with an invoice.
If you have any questions about the registration process beyond this, you can check the Registration FAQs page, email us at conference@acfid.asn.au or call us on 02 6285 1816.
