Emeline Siale Ilolahia is the Executive Director of the Pacific Islands Association of Non-Governmental Organisations (PIANGO).
Ms. Ilolahia was formerly Executive Director of the Civil Society Organisation Forum of Tonga (CSFOT) and a key player in partnering with the Department of Environment.
Ms Ilolahia is based in Suva at the PIANGO Secretariat headquarters. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the university of the South Pacific, Graduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management from Unitec, New Zealand, and Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Management from Massey University, New Zealand.
