Its normally ready around 2 weeks before the conference. We will let you know via email. Its a great idea to jump on and set up your profile, so you can network more easily during conference.



The program will show in the timezone your device is set to/where you are located. If you are not in the same timezone as Melbourne, please note that this will update when you arrive into Melbourne.

The app only allows you to be logged into one (1) device at a time with your registered email address.


No, you cannot! The live stream can only be viewed from the conference platform, on a browser.



To ensure you are receiving the most up to date information, please ensure you have notifications enabled on your device.

Apple/iPhone Instructions

  1. Access 'Settings' on your device
  2. Click 'Notifications'
  3. Scroll down to and tap 'Arinex One'
  4. Toggle on 'Allow Notifications'
  5. Adjust your settings as you wish
Android Instructions
  1. Access 'Settings' on your device
  2. Click 'Notifications'
  3. Click 'App notifications'
  4. Search or scroll for the app
  5. Click into the app, or toggle to the right to 'Allow Notifications'




  1. Tap 'Program' at the bottom of the app
  2. Tap the Session/Talk/Speaker of your choice and then tap 'Add to Favourite'


To view your Favourites, tap 'Account' at the bottom of the App. Here you can access a list of your Favourite Sessions, Talks and Speakers.



Once you have selected all your favourite sessions, you can import these directly into your electronic diary by clicking the Send Calendar button at the top of your screen. You will receive an email that allows you to add your Favourited Sessions to your calendar. Note that you may need to check your junk folder for this email.

Every time you click the Send Calendar button you will get all your Favourited Sessions in the email. Adding these from the email will add all your Favourites to your calendar, whether they are already there or not. Sessions will be duplicated in your diary. So it is important that you wait until you have made all your favourite selections before clicking on the Send Calendar button




Using the filter icon in the top right of the Program page, please select the relevant Session Types/Themes from the options provided. To save these selections, click 'Apply'.

If you wish to filter by a room at the venue, please scroll down on the filter page and choose the room/s you wish to view sessions in.



Sessions located in the 'Now On' button at the bottom of the App are sessions which will be starting or are in the next 15-30 minutes.



  • Click on ‘Newsfeed’
  • Select ‘Create post’ or like or Reply to other posts using the heart or comment box icon.


  • Exhibitors:
    • Click ‘Engage’ in bottom menu bar of the App
    • Select ‘Lead Capture’
    • Scan delegate’s QR code which is located on their badge, or from their device (located in the App under ‘Engage’)
    • Optional field to enter Notes will appear
    • Select ‘Done’ to complete lead capture
    • Proceed to ‘Engage’ and select ‘Captured Leads’ under ‘Social’ to view your leads. Tap ‘Send to My Email’ to be emailed your leads list
      • Note: you must be an assigned team member to your company’s exhibitor booth on the App to use Lead Capture functionality

  • Job Title / Position
  • Company / Organisation


How do I capture an attendees details via QR scan?

  • Tap the 'Engage' button at the bottom of the app, then 'Add to Contacts'.
  • Scan the QR code on their badge, or scan their QR code which is located under 'Engage' and is titled 'My QR Code'

 

How do I find my QR code, for someone to scan to share my details?

  • They can scan the QR code on your badge, or;
  • Tap 'Engage' in the bottom right
  • Under 'Social', tap 'My QR Code'
  • Show this to the attendee to share your deails.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Job Title / Position
  • Company / Organisation


  • Tap 'Account' at the bottom of the app
  • Click 'Messages' and then Start a New message'
  • Click on the name of the person and type your message
