Professional Bio
Kate is a qualitative researcher and analyst at Sustineo. Her work spans a range of research areas including climate change, environmental management, development studies and social protection. She has worked on several of Sustineo’s projects looking at voluntary carbon markets in the Pacific, including fieldwork in Papua New Guinea to speak with local community and government stakeholders. Prior to working with Sustineo, Kate worked as a researcher at the Australian National University (ANU), leading and co-authoring several publications on water policy and governance in the Murray-Darling Basin. She holds a Bachelor of Development Studies and Bachelor of Environment and Sustainability at the ANU.
