Crystal is an International Project Officer at Family Planning Australia, where she leads projects focused on contraception and comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) in Vanuatu, as well as digital CSE and disability inclusion in Fiji. She also contributes to health promotion by delivering CSE training in the Federated States of Micronesia. 

With a background in humanitarian and development studies and two years of experience in the development sector, Crystal is deeply committed to community development, sustainable education, and safeguarding. She is currently collaborating with the International Project team at Family Planning Australia and external stakeholders to transform projects in Fiji and Vanuatu, delivering sustainable education on sexual and reproductive health. As the PSEAH safeguarding focal point at Family Planning Australia, Crystal is actively working to enhance safeguarding models and policies.
