Kate Fairlie is a land administration specialist with global experience providing institutional and systems-level advice to government. Most recently, she has been working with the World Bank-funded Vanuatu Affordable and Resilient Settlements project and the Nauru Higher Ground Initiative to achieve housing, planning and land tenure goals under the emerging realities of climate change and urbanisation.
