Based in Sri Lanka, Razmi is one of the first women from the Global South to lead global humanitarian operations as ActionAid’s Asia and Humanitarian Director. Razmi has over 20 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, working at the global, regional and country level in the areas of disaster management, resilience, climate change, organisational development.  Under her leadership, ActionAid International has supported the establishment of the Feminist Humanitarian Network, which is a global collective of feminist leaders working to transform the humanitarian system and challenge racism, patriarchy and colonialism.
