He has over ten years of experience in program and project management across diverse thematic areas including Environment & Climate Justice, Humanitarian Response, and Community Resilience Building
Dabaraj’s skills encompass project and grants management, community-led initiatives on climate adaptation, promoting participatory methods and indigenous engineering solutions for resilient development. He holds a Master of Disaster Management from the University of Dhaka, a Master of Environmental Science from the State University of Bangladesh, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Asia Pacific. He is also at the forefront of the Feminist Climate Movement in Bangladesh, advocating for gender equality and climate resilience with a keen focus on promoting equity and inclusiveness in all aspects of his work.
