Fadrick has over 16 years of experience in emergency preparedness and humanitarian response including in rapid needs assessment, cash transfer, early warning, disaster risk reduction and mitigation, Anticipatory Action, WASH, and Emergency Food Security & Livelihood.  Fadrick is passionate about localization and has contributed to strengthening local leadership in humanitarian coordination and response.
