Maila is the Project Coordinator for CAPACities Project of CRS that supports both Philippines and Indonesia team in the coordination with different project stakeholders including government actors and provides technical support in the implementation of the project. Maila has been with CRS for 10 years supporting Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation project implementation in urban and rural communities in the Philippines. Before joining CRS, Maila worked for 13 years with a local NGO in the Philippines managing projects in emergency response, natural resource management and governance, livelihoods and capacity building of vulnerable coastal and island communities.
